Investing in practice

When opening a position we have a large spread starting from 4 pips and reaching up to 15 pips. It is very much and some people may be discouraged. However, if we open positions on low volatility and go out on high, we can benefit from it.

The upside is that we don't have any Stop Loss or Take Profit here. This gives us a big advantage that if the price fluctuates, it will not close our position as it is Forex. Here, the position may expire by itself after a certain time or we can close the position manually.

On the above playing I earned 174% of the invested amount. I entered low volatility around 5:00 and the position was closed with a finger around 8:00. At the time of opening the position the spread was 5 pips so there is no drama. In the coming days there will be a strategy according to which I played this position.

What to watch out for

The problem, as I mentioned, is spread, which ranges from 4 pips to even 15 pips. If you try to invest like on binary options, you will probably change because you won't be able to make enough profits to cover potential losses.

During some economic events (the strongest), the spread is widening. Therefore, if we want to play an economic event, we must ensure that the spread does not increase.
