Recently appeared on my website HighLow broker review. Since then, I have been getting a lot of questions related to account verification. Many people upload documents, yet their application remains "rejected". I decided to investigate this problem and ask the source where it comes from and how to counteract it.
The verification process
Shortly after completing your data, you should verify your personal data by sending an ID document and some paper confirming your home address.
Proof of identity
- ID card
- Passport
- Driving license
We can use the above documents to verify your account. Remember not to send scans of these documents. It's best to take a photo (from two sides) so that all corners of the document are visible.
Confirmation of home address
- Bill
- Confirmation from Bank
- Confirmation of payment
This is where the stairs most often start. Personally, I recommend that you download a transfer confirmation from your bank and send this document for verification - it is the fastest way. You can also call the bank and ask for a document that proves your identity. Then, most often, the bank will send you the document by post with a PDF copy by email. Please note that this is a paid option. In summary, it is important not to send photos, but scans of documents. Most often the photo will not pass.
Remember that whenever you reject your documents, you'll receive an email with information about why your documents have been rejected.
